Welcome to the Soundmap of Town of Bamberg. This tool collects the sounds identified in the Town of Bamberg, as part of the systematisation of experience proposed in this dissertation, to find strategies to identify the sounds and sound value of World Heritage sites.

You will find different layers that you can explore by turning them on and off. There are the layers related to:
The area that makes up each of the three Bamberg areas
The three areas of Bamberg and their sounds
The routes during the soundwalks
Interviews and comments from the interviewees
In each referenced point, you will find a sound or annotation referring to the exposed sound.
You can change the base of the map at the end of the layers. This way, you can see the location of the sounds on both the flat map and the satellite map.
